you seem to have missed the part where the CoF declared the guy who stated it to be posessed by a nomad and thus, out of his faculties and not fit to declare war
if you attack a factions police it's like attacking the faction so, you should still be against all of Rhienland
are you interested in recruiting for the SmOp, I may wish to join

oh...
also, do nomads get a "seat" with the "SmOp". like, if they were just fighting a normal was and not killing everything, could they get an ally/enemy from the SmOp?

The Smooth Operators are currently closed, sorry DM.
And Sona, what do you mean with Nomads? While SmOp operatives usually engage Nomads, there is no official hostility towards them and in many instances we are aligned with them (yes, this is possible in Flak).

As I said, Nomads are not enemies of SmOp - some operatives even work alongside the Nomads (again, this is possible in Flak)
